My story is far from unique

I meet many highly educated newcomers who have come to Norway for work, for their partner, or for love.
Some struggle to find a job that reflects their background. Others are employed, but miss genuine social connection. Many feel undervalued, isolated, or on the outside — despite their skills, experience, and motivation.

This shared and personal experience inspired me to start Social Bridge Norway: a place where newcomers can find their way into Norwegian society — in their own way and by using their own strengths.

Integration is about more than just language or employment — it’s about belonging, about being able to be yourself and having the opportunity to contribute.

With my background in business leadership, project management and volunteer work — and as a newcomer myself — I want to help others find their place.

I believe in connection, trust, and the power of human potential — no matter where you come from.

The founder of Social Bridge Norway, Jenny, is passionate about helping newcomers thrive in Norwegian society. With years of experience working with immigrants and newcomers, she has seen firsthand the struggles many people face when trying to integrate into Norway. Jenny understands the challenges of adapting to a new culture, and she has created this course to provide the support and tools you need to succeed. Her personal journey as an immigrant and her deep knowledge of Norwegian culture make her the ideal guide to help you along your integration journey.

Nadine has over 7 years of personal expat experience, having lived in countries like the USA, Curaçao, and Malaysia. As a long-term digital nomad, she knows better than anyone what it takes to build a new life abroad — not just practically, but emotionally and socially too.
She now uses her coaching skills to help others navigate their own integration journey. In her sessions, Nadine helps participants turn ideas into action, create a realistic integration plan, and feel confident in taking the next step. With her you’ll feel supported, understood, and motivated to make Norway feel like home — in your own way.

Having lived in the USA, Italy, and now Norway, Irina understands firsthand the challenges and rewards of cultural integration. Her own journey of finding home in different countries has given her valuable insight into how to truly connect with a place—beyond just the surface—and embrace the mindset, communication, and daily life that come with it. This experience drives her passion for helping others navigate these transitions with clarity and confidence.
With her background in language education, music, and multicultural
communication, Irina provides practical, culturally informed guidance to support and help others to discover their place and purpose in their new life in Norway.
