Strengthen Your Integration in Norway

5 modules, home assignments,
Personal integration plan

Moving to a new country is an exciting adventure, but it comes with challenges.
For newcomers in Norway, integrating socially and building connections can be more difficult than expected.
This course provides practical guidance and support for anyone looking to feel at home and establish a social network in Norway.
Step by step, it helps navigate the path to becoming part of Norwegian society.

Feel at home in Norway

Do you still feel like you’re not truly part of life in Norway?

You may have been living here for a while. You’re learning Norwegian, doing volunteer work, or even have a job. And yet, you often feel like you don’t truly belong—as if you’re on the sidelines of society.

You try to connect with people, but the conversations remain shallow. You feel alone, even though you have so much to offer.
And sometimes, you wonder if you will ever feel truly at home here.

Many newcomers share this feeling, even if you can’t see it from the outside.
They try their best, they make an effort, yet they still feel invisible. The language is difficult, but even harder are the unspoken social rules, the emotional distance, and the lack of recognition. For some, it becomes so overwhelming that they decide to leave—not because of work or the environment, but because they never found their place.

Most importantly, you’ll create a personal plan that aligns with who you are—without losing yourself in the process.

This course offers recognition, guidance, and hope. It’s not a generic integration program but an honest and realistic journey that helps you regain control over your social life in Norway.
On your terms, at your own pace.

It may not be a quick fix. But it is a beginning.
